Terms of Service
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms cover your use of scythestudio.com, the website of Scythe, a video editing service. By browsing the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
Using this site
You may browse the site, share links to it and contact us through the links provided. You agree not to interfere with the site — no attempting to break into restricted areas, overload the service, scrape it at a disruptive scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The Scythe name, logo, page copy, graphics and any video work shown here belong to Scythe or the clients who commissioned it. You may not copy, reuse or republish them commercially without written permission. Sharing a link to the site is always fine.
Information on this site
Figures shown on this site — such as views generated, turnaround times, ratings and project counts — describe past work and are provided in good faith. They are illustrative and are not a guarantee of the results of any future project.
Editing work and agreements
This website is marketing material, not a contract for services. Pricing, scope, deadlines, revisions and payment for any editing work are agreed separately in writing before work begins. Nothing on this page creates an obligation on either side until such an agreement exists.
Third-party links
The site links out to platforms such as Discord and Instagram. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or their policies.
Availability
We aim to keep the site online but can't promise it will always be available or error free. It may be taken down for maintenance or changed at any time without notice.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Scythe is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, or from reliance on the information it contains.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above showing when it last changed.
